My mission has always been to share technical skills with others, which is my joy and passion. I've been doing so since college. With a background in Business and Information Systems, including working as a technical trainer at Fortune 500 companies, I've dedicated my career to helping users get the most from their technology. In 2022, I earned a Master's in Instructional Design to enhance my teaching capabilities further.

While teaching courses in my community in Clovis California, I noticed that senior citizens were eager and interested in getting more from their devices but needed a place to learn in a way that fit their needs.

In response, I developed a series of iPhone 101 workshops to meet the specific needs of this audience. The material is delivered with patience, empathy, and plenty of repetition to ensure that no one is left behind. We cover topics that interest seniors, like navigation, messaging, email, security features, camera and photography, downloading apps, setting plenty of time aside to review and answer questions. The iPhone 101 classes have been taught at senior centers, retirement facilities, care homes, and private settings.

My mission now is to empower seniors to use iPhones confidently, feel safer online, and enjoy the fun aspects of this technology.
